  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments / Razorpay / PayU / PayPal (or other approved gateways). We do not store payment information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to ship your order within the specified time frame mentioned on the product page.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or unforeseen delays.
  • Risk of damage or loss passes to you once the order is shipped.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Due to the fragile, handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
  • We only provide exchange in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at customersupport@hamaripahchan.com with order details and photos.
