At Sanssara Studio, each product is carefully handcrafted with love and precision. Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our ceramic items, we do not offer refunds. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Exchange Eligibility

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective.
  • The product received is different from what you ordered.

Conditions for Exchange

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at customersupport@hamaripahchan.com with your order number, photos of the product, and packaging.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Minor variations in color, design, or texture (as these are natural in handmade products).

Shipping for Exchanges

  • If the exchange is approved, we will arrange safe pickup/delivery or guide you through the process.
  • Customers are requested to pack the product carefully in its original packaging to avoid transit damage.
